Exceptions
The only exceptions to this policy are for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow the steps below:
Defective or Damaged Items
- Contact Us: Notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order at alukhtuscloset@gmail.com with your order number and detailed description of the issue, including photos of the defective or damaged item.
- Inspection: Our team will review your request and if the item is deemed defective or damaged, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the defective or damaged item, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit.
Custom Orders
- All custom or personalized abayas are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
